1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to bdt96 services is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Each individual may maintain only one bdt96 account. If bdt96 determines that a Player holds more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — bdt96 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate any funds held in those accounts, including deposited funds where there is evidence of deliberate misrepresentation.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdt96 account credentials, including your username and password. bdt96 strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password for your account and that you do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Any activity conducted through your bdt96 account using your login credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you, whether or not you authorised that activity. bdt96 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify bdt96 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. bdt96 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure or suspend your account pending investigation.

bdt96 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our platform. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the device and network you use to access bdt96 are secure. bdt96 accepts no liability for security breaches arising from insecure devices or public networks used by the Player.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bdt96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time; the current list of supported methods is displayed on the bdt96 platform at the time of deposit or withdrawal.

The following transaction limits apply to all bdt96 accounts unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion or for verified VIP account holders:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum single withdrawal amount: ৳100,000 per transaction.
• Maximum daily withdrawal amount: ৳200,000 per calendar day (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bdt96 account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to reflect, depending on the processing times of the relevant banking institution. bdt96 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed by bdt96 within 1–4 business hours for MFS payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be required to do so before their first withdrawal request is processed.

bdt96 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bdt96 will notify the Player and may request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bdt96 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms and to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bdt96 bonuses:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses are valid for a maximum of 30 days from the date of credit unless a different validity period is specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on the bdt96 platform and may not be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash without satisfying wagering requirements.

• bdt96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.

bdt96 reserves the right to decline, cancel, or reclaim a bonus where it determines that a Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system — including, but not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any other form of bonus manipulation.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bdt96 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or instant games. These product-specific rules are published on the relevant section of the bdt96 platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

General betting rules that apply across all bdt96 products include:

• A bet is confirmed and binding only once bdt96 issues a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical errors or system issues are void and will be refunded.
• bdt96 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, a manifest data error, or a pricing error on the part of bdt96 or any of its data suppliers.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the records held by bdt96's systems shall be the primary source of reference. Where there is a demonstrable system error, bdt96 will investigate and resolve the dispute in a reasonable and fair manner.
• bdt96 sets minimum and maximum stake limits for all betting markets. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and account status.
• For live casino games, the rules of the specific game — as managed by the live studio operator (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, or other certified providers) — govern the outcome. bdt96 does not control the conduct of live casino games and is not liable for any error or disruption at the studio level, though it will take reasonable steps to resolve such issues.

bdt96 reserves the right to suspend, delay, or cancel any betting market at any time, including during live play, where there are reasonable grounds to do so — such as suspected manipulation of the underlying event, significant data feed errors, or force majeure circumstances.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

bdt96 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all registered Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdt96 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of funds:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not permitted for human players.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, software bug, or pricing error in a deliberate and systematic manner to generate profit.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or any third party to influence the outcome of a game or bet.
• Match-fixing or placing bets on events that you know, suspect, or have reason to believe are subject to manipulation.
• Using the bdt96 platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Providing false or misleading personal information at registration or at any subsequent time.
• Attempting to access another Player's account or to interfere with the bdt96 platform's security systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward bdt96 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

bdt96 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players on the platform. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to every account holder at no cost and with no requirement to justify their use:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified amount of time has elapsed during a single gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.

9 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdt96 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bdt96 platform without the prior written consent of bdt96.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other certified providers — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms in addition to these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Any loss or damage arising from the Player's use of a device or network that is insecure or has been compromised.
• Any failure or delay in platform availability caused by circumstances beyond bdt96's reasonable control, including internet service failures, power outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or civil unrest.
• Any decisions made by the Player based on information displayed on the bdt96 platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional offers.
• Any loss arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes bdt96's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

bdt96 collects, processes, and stores personal data from Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bdt96.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on bdt96, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bdt96 uses Player data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud detection, responsible gaming compliance, and — where consented to — marketing communications. bdt96 does not sell Player personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers (including payment processors and game studios) to the extent necessary to deliver the services Players have requested, and with regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bdt96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect a Player's rights or obligations — bdt96 will provide at least 14 days' notice of the change by publishing an updated version of these Terms on the bdt96 platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via the contact details associated with their account.

Your continued use of the bdt96 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact bdt96 support to arrange the closure of your account and the withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be made without notice and will be effective immediately upon publication.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

bdt96 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 21.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player against bdt96 without prior engagement with bdt96's support team.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at bdt96 staff or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bdt96 will contact the Player at the registered email address within 5 business days with information regarding the reason for suspension and the steps required to resolve the matter, where applicable. Where an account is permanently closed for a material breach of these Terms, bdt96 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending the outcome of any related investigation.

Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting bdt96 support. Voluntary account closures are processed within 24 hours, and any remaining balance will be refunded to the Player's most recently used payment method within 3–5 business days.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and bdt96 arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the bdt96 platform, bdt96 encourages Players to first contact our support team at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution.

bdt96 is committed to resolving disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner. Our support team will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 2 business days and will aim to provide a resolution or a progress update within 10 business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally between the Player and bdt96, the Player may escalate the matter through any dispute resolution mechanism available under applicable law. bdt96 will cooperate fully with any such process.
